Telkom unauthorized debit order

Stay away from Telkom. Contract came to an end in December and I sent them a mail requesting not to continue but they still *****ing money from my account. These ******* take small amounts which you do not get a message and then they just took a big amount from my account. It’s a nightma trying to get away from them
