Telkom Unauthorized Debit

I am sick of Telkom debiting my account for an account that I cancelled and settled in 2017! Ive been calling ans asking for statements only to get a balance b/forward statement for an account that was cancelled and settled in 2017! I even have emails as proof that accounts was cancelled and paid for! i don't know why they would not deduct anything for a whole of 2017.2018 and 2019, they only started deducting last month but for what i need to know!

I need answers and statement of what i owe!!!
