Telkom Unauthorised upgrade.

I would like to know why Telkom just decided they will upgrade my line (wifi) without my consent, without a call or an email. They just sent me an sms yesterday (05 June 2023) stating it will be upgraded and and i will be invoice accordingly reflecting end of this month. and there is no way of contacting Telkom, they dont answer, there is no email address to mail complaint. Seems that they just do whatever they want and the the WIfi is still *** ontop of it, supposed to be fibre.
