Telkom - Unauthorised Debits

Telkom has debited data charges to the value of R4972.71 to my account and when I queried this I was told that I made these transaction as I was the only one that had access to the account!!

The agent further advised the numbers to which data was transferred and I was then told to open a ***** case with the SAPS as Telkom could not help me.

This is unacceptable as they cannot give me proof of who performed/authorized transactions. Telkom refuses to take responsibility but in the meantime I must pay the R4972.71 otherwise my whole account gets suspended!

Pathetic.
