Telkom unauthorised debits

To whom it may cercern,

I'm busy being debited for a contract that expired. I even went into the Telkom store at the The Glen mall and cancelled my telkom numbers because Telkom website it **** and the agent confirmed that clients are complaining about the website.

Please stop debiting my account because I will reverse everytime I'm debited. I cannot be forced to pay for something I cancelled.
