Telkom unauthorised debit order refund

@TelkomZA ****med me R1059 on the account I had with them. I’ve been using their services since 2016 and have been a loyal customer. But they started debiting extra amounts in my account from August through to October 2025. When I asked they gave me invalid reasons such WAPS that automatically get subscribed into my account without my authorisation. They had eventually (after visiting branches) said they’ll refund me but to date I’m still waiting for the refund. They asked me to send proof of bank and proof of last three payments so the can refund, but I’m still waiting. I sent them a follow up email to *** but they not responding.
