Telkom Unauthorised debit

Unauthorised debit order gone off on my account, I paid the ammount that was due. I even overpaid. Now my account is more than R400 due when my monthly payments are only R99... How can you go from R0 paid up account to over R400 due!! Fix this or I will cancel and not pay a single cent!!
