Telkom unauthorise debits

I have only one account which is R89 a month, I had that account since last year July / August but not a single month where I pay R89, I have been paying R400 and something and some of the months I'd pay just under R300. As of December I have been debited twice and extra R478.

Thirdly they debit my account on the 5th of every month whereas I requested that they debit on the 25th of every month. Who gets paid on the 5th?

I have been calling telkom asking them to adjust their records and was told that somoene will call me and have been waiting since January for the call.
