Telkom unanswered queries - verify & confirm contact & offer deal - disappointed with no response; please assist!

<p>I've logged e-mail queries to Telkom over the past week and received no feedback. I even called the Telkom call centre this morning, 3 November but they couldn't assist me.</p> <p>Received a call from tel no ********** on 28 October - confirmed that he's phoning from Telkom and would like to offer me a LTE Wi-Fi package deal. Since I already registered the previous weekend on the Telkom website I thought it was a legitimate call. I've heard nothing to date and tried to phone this number but it just rings and then gets cancelled. I'm getting no feedback from anyone and Telkom is not assisting me. At this point I'd just like to cancel everything; can someone please give me feedback or an update?</p>
