Telkom unacceptable service!

I did a upgrade on Wednesday the 8th of July. Was told that I would receive a sms confirming my order within 24 - 48 hours. I phone today to get a update as I have received no communication for a whole week. Now I'm told that there is a problem with my delivery cause my new address doesn't match the address on the server. But for a whole week no one tells me that there is a problem I have to phone in to find out this? This is totally unacceptable. Why is there no communication from your side? I was told to provide proof of residence when the courier arrives.
