Telkom *****: Unacceptable Delays (BUY A PHONE FROM THE OTHER NETWORKS)

I'm extremely disappointed with Telkom's ongoing failure to address my formal complaint, which I lodged on September 12th. Despite providing clear evidence of a *****ulent price increase on my account (from R579 to R629), I've been repeatedly told that the responsible employee is currently on maternity leave. This delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant financial hardship.

I've tried to contact Telkom's complaints department multiple times, but they've been unwilling to provide any updates or assist me in resolving the issue. I'm demanding a swift resolution to this matter and expect Telkom to take immediate action to rectify the *****ulent charge and restore my account to its original state.
