Telkom unable to unsuspend my telephone line

My phone has been blocked for the past 6 days. Called them everyday for the past week and no one seems to be able to assist me. Payment was made last week Friday and my phone hasn’t been unsuspended since then. Been a Telkom customer for the past 8 years. Loosing a lot of business due to this.
