Telkom unable to resolve a query for months!!! Disgusted
<p>I have lodged various complaints at Telkom. They promise to call back and never do. They wont provide details so that I can call the same person back. So each and every time I need to re-explain my issue, and Telkom makes promises to resolve and still dont. </p>
