Telkom unable to provide email service

Telkom is by far the worst internet and email service provider. We are having issues with emails as our computers all use Office 365. Telkom is not able to handle Office365 and we were informwd to downgrade to Outlook 2013. How can one downgrade to software that is 10 years old and not even available anymore?
