Telkom unable to provide details of data usage

My data on my mobile device has been depleted. The consultant I spoke to, Dimakatso was unable to give me detailed information on where exactly my data was used. Surely a company should be able to tell me this. Not only in terms of transparency but also so I know that I am not being ****** of my allocation. I was told that they are unable to check this information. I find this strange. Have you got something to hide Telkom?
