Telkom Unable to provide a line or service in major city!

<p>I live in Pretoria, Centurion and have been struggling for 11 weeks to get Telkom to install an ADSL line! </p> <p>Two men came to look and said they will see what they can do...I have not heard anything since. I have phoned and all they can tell me about the status is that they are busy with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I originally called to get Fibre installed as there are many adverts all over town saying that it is now available. After phoning a few times and visiting two different stores, I was told that Fible is not available (can you believe that it is not available in a place where it is widely advertised!). I then opted for ADSL. After two weeks of trying to get signup papers etc, two men came to look and here I am 11 weeks later.</p> <p>I am in great need of internet, so I thought that maybe if I phone Telkom and see if they have some mobile solution for me to use while I wait for the line, I would be willing to wait longer...when I phoned I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me before I hungup. The second time I phoned, I waited 8 minutes before I hungup.</p> <p>I don't think Telkom wants to help anyone!!</p>
