Telkom unable to make out an invoice for an apple TV - what is telkom coming to ?

<p>I recently visited a Telkom store in Eastgate Mall and wanted to buy the Apple TV and the Netflix Booster Pack. After waiting more than 20 minutes I was told to come back at a later time - the lady (including her senior) did not know how to invoice the Apple TV and booster pack... I had to walk out the shop with none of the products I wanted. What is Telkom coming to - cant anyone see whats going on and who is managing them. Telecommunications should be treated with more competant people surely</p>
