TELKOM unable to fix ADSL problem at school

We have been struggling to do our work to serve of scholars and their parents, the next generation of leaders without ADSL or internet access. Why are Telkom not fixing the ADSL. Must we get people from overseas to come and fix the ADSL line. Our reference number is 66CTK280518. We are getting no assistance from anyone at TELKOM. TELKOM are useless.
