TELKOM UNABLE TO DELIVER SERVICES

Ordered a fixed voice line end of September. Physical installation completed the 3rd october.

To this date my line is not active, nor has it been cancelled as requested last week.

I will be cancelling all my contracts with a Telkom logo on them, as soon as it's possible. They cant be bothered to help their clients.

Horrible service. Highly disappointed in this supposed telecoms giant.
