Telkom unable to deliver on advertised line speed.

According to Telkom's Coverage map, my neighbours and I are able to receive speeds upto 40Mb.
Telkom have ONLY been able to deliver a quarter of that (10mb) due to SnR problems.

Technicians have been out 4 times and fixed nothing each time.

I will shortly lodge a complaint with the ASA and in accordance to the CPA.
