TELKOM UNABLE TO CONFIGURE ROUTER FOR 3 WEEKS!!

I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks on a new fiber contract. Telkom tells me the 3rd party installation is faulty and because they can’t configure the router and the 3rd party says it’s Telkom. Hundreds of rands down the drain in calls, data for emailing them and no work from home. 100% awarded to them on frustration, thank you Telkom. Pathetic!!!
