Telkom unable to complete basic tasks, pathetic service beyond belief.

I have been struggling since the end of April to move services from one address to another, 1 STREET DOWN FROM PREVIOUS ADDRESS!! Everytime I try to make a follow up they have a different reason as to why the services are not installed yet. Technician has been at my house to do half the work and dissapeared afterwards never to be seen again. HOW MUCH MORE ****TY SERVICE CAN YOU GIVE TELKOM???? FIX YOUR PROCESSES AND GIVE ME A DAMN SERVICE!!!!
