Telkom unable to cancel service

I app**** for a Showmax subscription using the telkom bill option, but this was a big mistake. I never received the activation code from Telkom, but they are billing me for this for over six months now. I am also unable to cancel this service since i have to cancel it online, but there is no option to do this online. No one i speak to at Telkom is able to assist me with this. i just want to cancel the showmax service with them and get my money back that i was paying all the time for a service i never received.
