Telkom unable to cancel out of contract Mobile number

<p>From last year October 2016, I have been trying to cancel my out of contract mobile number at the Telkom Direct Store in Clearwater Mall and I do understand that it is not the staff there but someone in the back office. I must have gotten more than 4 reference numbers between October last and February this year and cannot go every second week to Telkom to follow up. Given Shabangu ignores the requests for assistance and closes them as if they mean nothing to him. If his manager also ignores my requests that means that the whole tree there is *******. I plea with Hellopeter to assist me since this is my last resort.</p>
