Telkom Unable to Cancel a Contract!!!!!!

<p>i have been trying to cancel 2 cell phone contracts on a landline since beginning of April. they are still billing me for this. i have been sending emails for almost 3 months and no assistance what so ever. all the people i speak to will do something but nobody is doing anything. have a thick file with all the mails that was send to Telkom but no one is helping. i cant believe that a big Company like Telkom is so unhelpful.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
