TELKOM UNABLE TO ASSIST

After multiple requests, I am still not receiving my statements on my 2 x e-mail accounts and as a result, my two e-mails were suspended in January.

I paid a random amount and requested multiple agents to assist me to unsuspend my 2 x e-mail accounts.

I have phoned and e-mailed almost every day for the past month and no one can help me.

I do not know what to do anymore.
