Telkom *****ulently renewed my contract without my knowledge

A renewal was done without my knowledge and consent. I called Telkom Mobile early October to migrate my freeme contracts to prepaid. That was done by an Aegis agent working for Telkom mobile retentions. After she was done actioning my requests she also renewed my unlimited contract without my approval. A few days later I needed a router on the unlimited contract, and I was told I cannot get it because my contract is fairly new and the order is still pending on the system. I went to Ntsoaki at Birch Acres mall who blatantly told me I can purchase things every weekend it does not work like that. Next I went to Woodmead the agent told me about my account being suspended because my payment was not yet reflecting which I was okay with. I then waited a few days and went to Kempton Park where I was told I cannot get a router because there was an order pending on the said contract and until that was sorted they cannot help me. I have been calling and I am being sent from pillar to post and an agent this morning told me to open a case of ***** which will be highly impossible because Telkom has the recording of me declining the contract renewal and its my word against this big company. Can this renewal be cancelled so I can apply for a router please.
