I upgraded my contract in April 2024 from R199 per month to unlimited data if R599 per month(speed of 20mbps). In June a "once off payment" of R45 was added and a unrequested change of speed, July "once of payment" of R145, August "once of payment of R130 and September "once off payment" of R155. I have been overcharged all these months, speed increased without my permission.
