TELKOM U ARE USELESS !!

ive had a telkom contract for a while and upgraded in july last year and my insurance was not updated i was not informed at the store when i upgraded that i need to call the insurance company to update it.my phone got damaged 2 weeks ago i get a call saying i need to now pay R1800 for the repairs.went to telkom at the glen where i was told nothing can be done and i wont get back the money ive paid for over a year.PATHETIC SERVICE USELESS STAFF.
