TELKOM TYGERVALLEY STAFF ARE ILL MANNERED

I would give 0. The staff member that was supposed to be at the shop was not there, the staff that are there choose who they want to assist and ignore customers. I have to return to Tygervalley AGAIN to collect my earphones that is part of the contract I purchased but is STILL not at the store. The staff are unprofessional and you have to ask multiple times what they are are saying because they walk away whilst talking. When I ask where the manager is they say the manager is on a call. To know which staff, the ones on duty on this day and time.

Train your staff properly or employ people who actually want to be there and take work seriously.
