Telkom Tygervalley sim Swop after 5 days still not done
<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to Telkom Tygervalley the one opposite Mugg Bean last Sunday(13November) to order a new phone. Firstly they didn't contact me te tell me that the phone is there. Went in on Wednesday (15 November) evening. Had to fill in the paper work again as they didn't load it onto the system. I asked for a sim swop and still I am waiting for this to happen after they have told me that sim swop will happen within 24 hours. </p>

The sim swop has not been activated. I am still waiting. Telkom was supposed to phone me yesterday as they asked me when they can phone. I am still waiting for the phone call. This is pathetic service from Telkom!!! Today it is already a week and I am still waiting for my sim swop...

NO SERVICE AT ALL!!! Wednesday evening the port was done and it is already Thursday evening and my number is still not ported. I have been struggling now almost a week and half. Don't you have s****ed people to do the work or what is the problem?Telkom Tygervalley was supposed to phone me in the beginning of the week. I am still waiting for that phone call... So I can't complain about the service because there is no service.
