Telkom ****ty service.

After 6 years of service from Telkom they now decide to cancel my contract without me confirming.

In February I called in to change my contract from open plan to Top up, everything went well until I saw my billing for the month of March. I was charged my monthly fee and cancelation that I did not request. When I try to rectify it they send me from pillar to post.

I am now ****ed with this and what I know is they are going to debit my account without issue being resolved.

This is a ****ty service I've ever receive.
