Telkom: Two unwanted eLTE contracts, unable to get them to cease and desist.

<p>I have tried on multiple occasions to get telkom to collect their eLTE equipment and to *not* deduct more than R2000 from my cheque account. The saga started when they denied my application due to an approval check. I subsequently signed a contract with another company. When telkom delivered the *first* set of equipment, I contacted them and was told that the refusal was a computer glitch. Well, tough; I'd already signed elsewhere. I instructed them to collect the equipment. To my utter amazement, seven days later a *second* set of eLTE equipment was delivered. They claimed I'd collected it from a telkom shop, despite the courier delivery notice on the package. Multiple calls to them, and an online chat, has not resolved the issue as more than R2000 has now been deducted from my account. This beggars belief. I'm so grateful that I will finally be rid of everything telkom once the fibre is connected. Now, if only I can get then to take back their equipment and *stop* deducting money from me. Any advise on how to accomplish this will be greatly appreciated.</p>
