Telkom two faced

Telkom is disgusting. They tell you your contract is pro rata but they still charge you double “ because of your subscription fee” and are not taking responsibility for undertrained staff who apparently should calculate this according to the call center agents. There is no manager to discuss this with at the call center according to Amanda that I spoke to. They just make sure you sign the contract and then you got a huge bill. Don’t get a contract from them! They are rediculous and they claim you get all these free minutes and then we’ll another surprise!
