Telkom TV box out of stock

I took a Telkom contract R799 uncapped deal with the understanding that I will be getting a TV box included. I was told that a Technician will contact me. A week later no one contacted me and when I inquire I was told to fetch the hardware from the Telkom store. Now, they don't have stock of the TV box. The contract included an Android LIT TV box as part of the deal. This is false advertising as apparently they have been out of stock for months and still I see this being advertised!
