Telkom turned into Helkom

Hi there i contacted telkom hundreds of times , I made a online contract for a Samsung S26 Ultra and Watch 8 and when it arrived I only received the Watch 8 and Simcard with no Cellphone !! Why should I pay if I didn't receive it? I phoned and they said its under investigation then they say they will collect the watch with the Sim I only received and a whole lot of **** ! And I always speak with someone different and everyone has a different story ! I would like to put it on social because I have explained my story a 10000 times to telkom , even spoke to one of their managers saying it will gou under investigation and they will let me know ! And I have heard nothing since day 1 of receiving only the Watch and simcard woth NO PHONE , They didn't keep me updated nothing !! They can track the phone on serial number because I don't have the phone ! You can give me a lie detector test anything !!!!! Please advise Telkom that we have not received the full package that consists of a Phone and watch, I only received a watch and Simcard and NO PHONE !! IAM TIRED TRYING TO PHONE THEMTO TELL THEM I DONT HAVE THEIR ****** PHONE !! ITS A FAULT ON THEIR SIDE NOT MINE !!!! NOW THEY ARE HANDING ME OVER TO ATTORNEYS !! I WILL PUT THIS ON SOSIAL MEDIA ! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS !!! You guys have the phone not me or someone stole it on your side !! If this is not handled professionally the right way I will go to social media !!!!
