Telkom turnaround time on fradulant accounts

I am perturbed by the manner in which Telkom handle the *****ulant account opened under my name for uncapped data. I deposed on an affidavit as per their request but the investigation has no time frame for finalisation. The annoying part is that their finance collection deparment is proceeding to dent my credit profile with the account that was opened fradulantly. There is no communication between accounts department and the investigation team to keep everything in abayance pending the investigation results. By the time the investigation is finalised my name will be on credit bureau for the debt/account i never opened with Telkom.
