Telkom turn out to be ******!!!

Last year November 2017 I app**** for a 15GB data that was on promotion for R 99.00 and I was doing it for my aunt (Joyce Hlahla). The consultant who phoned her to seal the deal seems like she convinced her to take the 500 MB deal with a router and I believe that it's an open line because now the statement that came is about R 600.00 in arrears. I am very surprised because yesterday I phone Telkom to inquire about the statement and I was told that she needs to make that call for security reasons and I didn't get any help from them.

What bothers me is that we knew what we wanted and specified on the application and I don't understand why a person can try and twist your hand to take something else. I think the best way is to cancel the contract with Telkom because this is not what we wanted and is unacceptable, unless they change the deal to what we app**** for. Kindly make follow up this matter and I believe that they can be able to produce our application to back my statement.
