TELKOM TRYING TO **** ME

So I went to a Telkom store in wonderpark and I waited for an hour just for me to be told that they can't solve my problem and that the is nothing they can do, that I must just pay the amount and that's the only solution.

I had 2 routers from Telkom and I canceled then both after they expired, for some reason the person who was doing it canceled 1 and left 1 hence why they keep saying I ow them R880 and keeps increasing every month ,but now who's problem is it because I did what was requested,.

Now they are requesting proof and ref number, due to me relocating I lost everything because I confirmed and everything was canceled then the next thing after a year of canceling it, Telkom comes back and say I ow them money.... What the HELL!! WHERE DO I GO, WHAT DO I DO TO REPORT THIS AND HAVE THIS BILL OUT OF MY NAME!!
