Telkom trying to ruin my credit rating

<p>Telkom</p> <p>I cancelled my account in October last year but keep getting bills. I resent the cancellation form, phoned and emailed constantly but NO RESPONSE or help from anyone. I now have debt collectors threatening me to pay for the last 6 months for a service I don't use or else they will effect my credit rating score</p> <p>This is completely unacceptable and i deserve answers! I am not paying for a service o cancelled and don't use</p>
