Telkom trying to rip me off

<p>To whom it may concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please tell me why you are still billing me if i had send my cancellation to you on 01 April 2016. Then a Mrs Zulu contacted me and i’ve send it to her on 30 August and to Primaine at ********** on 15 September, but still i have an outstanding balance of R1940.50 (July, August and September)</p> <p> </p> <p>Please credit this account as it was supposed to be cancelled end of may 2016 of which i still paid up until end of June.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very frustrating customer.</p>
