Telkom trying to **** me...

I've had enough now of these people really

Last year September 2024,I canceled a contract with them( a cellphone)dew to my daughter bought herself a phone ,Yet Telkom felt like "to hell with me" they're gonna keep on Debiting me for this contract, for some reason I didn't realize it so...... I went to the store and tried to resolve this dispute...then my nightmare Started..... ,according to them this contract is active "Mind you I've cut ✂️ up the sim " they found that there is data being used on the Sim witch is "cut up"..... so I asked them to show me proof of the data witch was Used and I quote "Sorry Sir we can see it,But Can't Show you the Proof " so I went and reverse my debit for April, And Only Pay the money I owed them,and did the same May month, cause I've got 2 other Sim witch I'm using

Now this is the funny part,when I demanded that I want my money paid back to me from last year September 2024 Now their threatening me with NuDebt and have suspended my account,and Demanding that I pay the Full amount witch includes the contract that has been canceled...I don't own them any money I want my money back, or gonna stop paying Any further premiums Until, my money is paid back to me Really these people...there's something wrong with them And it is So difficult to get speak to Telkom, cause there's Always some agent's that you speak with

BUT NEVER EVER WITH TELKOM THEMSELVES

They hide themselves behind these middle men,so dam perfectly it's not even funny Really you have to think twice before getting Telkom as a service provider
