Telkom trying to make extra cash with late payments

Purchased fibre from them and we agreed to do a debt order they sent an sms saying the debt didn’t go through and blocked my internet. I paid my internet with a late payment fee. Phoned in and told them. They said the debt order wasn’t selected (clearly Telkom issue) and now they won’t unpause my internet until funds reflect which is unfair in my opinion since they are the ones at fault. I asked to speak to the manager and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours for a return. Pathetic
