Telkom!!! Try another service provider you'll thank me later

I'm a writing this note you let everyone know how unprofessional telkom is and the Incompetence of their staff My account was handled over to collections in which they took the money owed... The new invoice was printed however telkom debited my account for more than they should.. Saying the system didn't check with collections if they debit was successful

No communication, no agreement Just random debit orders

The call center agents can not help as I've spoken to 5 different agents and every time there's a different scenario..

Everything points to the system!!! Fix your system without your clients theirs no business.. No salaries paid!!
