Telkom try again with bullying tactics over their customers

I am paying my account and Telkom is trying to force me too pay a fee of R202.70 because the debit order could not go through. I want to pay them my self and they are trying too bully me by forcing their wil *******ly omn me. They can not prove thart when they phoned me, that it was stated I have!!! to pay by debit order. It was not mentioned once in the contract that they offered me.Not once in the conversation when they phoned me was it ever mentoined it has to be by debit order. And there was promises made by them which was not kept, and I can issue them now with a issue for not doing their part of the contract
