TELKOM TRULY INCONSIDERATE

Today I was at the Telkom store of which I called on Saturday to find out if I can do a sim swap. I have informed them that my phone has been ****** as well as my wallet when I was brutally attacked which they could clearly see in my face as there is a mark for life.

I explained to them that I do not have my ID as it was ****** as in was inside of my wallet however i have a certified copy of my ID as well as a affidavit from SAPS as they are aware of the situation and what took place.

They never even thought twice and just said no without even caring at all and the sim is my own sim and had data, etc on it.

Yet over the phone they told me to bring those documents alongside my proof of address which I went all the way to the place for nothing and gave out all that money for nothing only for them to tell me to go to home affairs and get a other ID.
