Telkom truly Coccydynia

My cell phones have been blocked since Monday, its now Friday. My Debit order was deducted on Saturday 25th March and the account with 5 phones was blocked on Monday. They said payment was not received. It was honored but they say it takes 5 days for the payment to reflect - why block my lines if you can not verify the payment was made. My business and Dad aswell as my family reky on been connected. We had an attempted break in on Tueasday night and due to load shedding and no phones were unable to call the armed response. In addition I'm losing income for a billing system that no employees in the insipid company underdtand. Buncombe sms's and emails have been sent claiming they will unlock my lines and it takes 5 - 24hours. 3 consultants and loads of swearing and misplaced aggression towards all the employees who would do better being blind unemployed drunks with scabies than client support at Telkom. To my Dad who is probably ***** deep in feaces at the moment and having a stroke... but can't call me as his phones are blocked. I say thanks Telkom go join your brother ESKOM in your ompany's demise. BTW stay away from the Hircismus staff at Killarney Telkom...no help there.
