Telkom troubles over and over and over ...
Raised a case with the helpdesk due to poor LTE speed on my data contract To date the 2nd case I have opened is simply closed with no feedback or resolution This service is utterly abominable and I therefore want to cancel my contract if telkom is unable to fulfil its contract obligations then what am I contractually bound to pay for???

28 Aug 2018, 14:22Hi Noleen
As there is no choice but to wait on Telkom "aasistance" I would like to add to this issue
I have as yet to hear anything from the helpdesk to resolve my issue, now on a 3rd case logged on EXACTLY the same problem
I would like anybody to advise on how to cancel the contract due to I'll performance on part of the supplier how can early cancellation fees be applicable if a supplier does not provide the agreed upon services or support?!?

11 Sept 2018, 15:26So again Telkom service supersedes disgraceful after being informed (on the 4th case opened) that my "uncapped" internet is in fact subject to a "fair use policy" which in essence CAPS internet speed at "up to 2mb/s" so once I reach 50gig of data (at a maximum speed of "up to 10mb/s (yet to be seen!)) My uncapped data is capped this at an exorbitant cost of 1,5k per month YET A capped internet of 60gig is a mere 300 per month
I am sorry but how is it that this monopoly is allowed to rip customers off in such a manner
Please anyone advise if I have recourse to cancel this contract without penalties?
