Telkom Troublekom

So I app**** for a 10mb uncapped deal from telkom in december 27 2018 . Then jan came and i noticed that the deal i app**** for had been updated to a january special which includes a wifi range extender and a lit android tv box I went in store and spoke to a lady and advised her that i would like to cancel my order and place a new order for the jan deal . All of five minutes went by and she told me she is unable to process the new order until the initial order has been cancelled and that i need not to worry she has all my information and will place an order as soon as the cancellation is done . A week went by and i went back to the same store to find out what is going on. i was then advised by another lady that my initial order had not been cancelled . She then said she will do all she can to help me and she really followed through . She advised me that because there are not enough ports availlible she is unable to process a new order for the january deal but will instead amend the initial order. she was really helpfull and i appreciate everything that she tried to do for me . However! I then a week later wanted to follow up just as a matter of interest so i called Telkom they advised me that my package has been updated to the jan deal and i will recieve a call to confirm installation date and that i was still with in the installation period. 2 weeks went by i decided to call again just to confirm at least a date and i was advised again to wait. so i gave it some more time and called in today . And now Telkom tells me i can not get the deal because they do not have the infrastructure to accomodate 10 mbps line in my area due to damage or cable theft but i can get a 4 mbps deal . What makes this so bad is that i wasted all my time trying to find out about something i was never going to get in the first place . I am really not happy with telkom why sell something you can not even offer Why do you not call me to let me know this . Is your company to big to worry about a little end user like myself . What a waste of time Thanks for nothing
