Telkom trouble

Telkom is just full of nonsense i have an 80 gig sim only contract which i was paying 299 monthly, then 2 months ago they started debiting 799 from account when i called to inquire they told me about some service that had been activated. then i asked the to stop it but last month again they debited 799 from my account so i reversed both debits. only for the now o debit my account for 2379.
